Very friendly and helpful staff. Traditional Japanese building with a homey and welcoming atmosphere. Spectacular view of the Toyokuni shrine pagoda. Close proximity to Itsukushima shrine and ferry terminal. Large and well-furnished rooms with beautiful views. Kind and accommodating staff, even for non-Japanese speakers. Delicious and traditional breakfast and dinner options. Relaxing onsen available after a long day of exploration

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. We also loved the private bath, it was so relaxing. the location was great, just a short walk to the famous torri gate.

The room was a bit small and cramped for our liking.

ryoso kawaguchi exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in itsukushima. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information and recommendations i needed. the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and the onsen bath was a great way to relax after a long day.

Fresh paint on the walls would be nice.
