In, room open, air bath was a tranquil retreat. the Japanese set menu breakfast was outstanding. Attentive service and beautifully designed meals made our stay memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the private semi, open, air bath in our room. Hair dryer and room size were a bit disappointing. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Ryotei Hanayura offers a perfect Japanese experience with superb service, comfortable tatami rooms, and an exclusive Kaiseki dining experience. the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and provides great views. Guests can enjoy a clean, tidy, and organized environment, with staff who speak good English.

Small luxurious room size.

The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I appreciate. the place suits me perfectly, offering Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Flat-screen TV, and Air conditioning. I keep coming back for city trips.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the hot springs were a highlight, especially the public one which was perfect for taking a relaxing dip after a long day. the location was also great, with many nearby sightseeing spots that were easy to explore. the food was delicious with a variety of options each day.

While the hot springs were what attracted me to the hotel, the private bath was quite small. It was a bit uncomfortable for me to fully relax during my soak.
