This place is absolutely wonderful! The location in the mountains provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with amazing amenities like heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The onsen in the room was a fantastic addition, allowing us to unwind and relax in privacy. The dining experience was top-notch, with a delicious breakfast and dinner that left us craving for more. the service and amenities provided here exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to a shopping street which was barely alive and just a short walk from Oodori subway station. The hotel also has a lovely setting next to a small creek, providing a serene atmosphere for guests. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring private outdoor onsen baths on the balconies. The staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is fresh and delicious, offering a variety of options. The view from the room is stunning, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

It is worth noting that communication could be a challenge for non-Japanese speaking guests, as some staff members may struggle with English.

The private onsen was marvelous, offering privacy and the ability to bathe whenever we wanted. The staff were professional and went out of their way to communicate with us. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with no hassle. The public baths were also great, with few people and the chance to enjoy them on our own.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The hot springs were a highlight, especially the public one which was perfect for taking a relaxing dip after a long day. The location was also great, with many nearby sightseeing spots that were easy to explore. the food was delicious with a variety of options each day.

While the hot springs were what attracted me to the hotel, the private bath was quite small. It was a bit uncomfortable for me to fully relax during my soak.
