The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to public transport and within walking distance to the major tourist sites. We easily accessed the subway stations and enjoyed exploring the shopping areas in Shinjuku. The room was clean, well-designed, and had modern facilities like a big LED TV. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate toilet and shower area. the self-check-in system provided a high level of security, giving us peace of mind during our stay.

The room could be a bit noisy at times, as we could hear some traffic noise from the road and other guests arriving.

The split type air conditioners allow guests to adjust the temperature to their liking.

Some rooms may have limited furniture, such as no chairs or tables, making it uncomfortable for guests to sit or put their belongings.

Outside the bedroom, there is a balcony. the staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check-in early and providing useful information about the area. the hotel's location is convenient, with a subway station and various shops and cafes within walking distance.

There is no staff available to leave baggage before check-in. the bed was bumpy, and you could feel it when the person next to you moved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic gem in Shinjuku. the accommodation at Sakura Cross Hotel Shinjuku East was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the room, I was blown away by the attention to detail and comfort. the private terrace with sunbeds and sakura cups offered a picturesque view of Tokyo rooftops. the spacious bathroom with a bath tub was a great place to unwind, and the comfy bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I also felt incredibly lucky to have a small shrine located under the hotel. I can confidently say that this was one of the best accommodations I've experienced in Japan.
