The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of Asian and Western food. The staff was very professional and helpful, giving me instructions on how to use the Japanese public bath. I recommend this hotel for solo or group travelers.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main train station and bus stations. It made it so easy to get around and explore the city. the staff at the hotel were also very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I especially enjoyed the free flow of coffee, tea, and soft drinks, as well as the daily cocktails. It was a nice touch to be able to relax and enjoy a drink without having to leave the hotel. the massage shower in the room was also a great feature, it was so relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from my experience at the hotel. It would have been better if they had a better system in place to manage the crowds.

This hotel is in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The laundry service is great and it is free. I also appreciate the free welcome drinks and coffee options that are available all day. The staff is very helpful with tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities are impressive, including the comfortable sitting area and terrace.

The location was phenomenal, just a short walk away from the train station and close to the shopping area. The inclusion of a public spa was a pleasant surprise, and the welcome drink offered each evening was a nice touch. The breakfast provided a great variety of options that catered to both eastern and western palates. the facilities were comfortable and met all of my needs, including the free laundry and umbrellas provided.

One minor issue was that the room was quite small, making it a bit challenging to figure out where to put our luggage. Additionally, some of the staff appeared a bit aloof, which didn't affect the quality of their service but could have been more pleasant.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our Kyoto city break. the hotel provided complimentary drinks every evening, which was a great way to meet new people and chat around the fire pit. the location was spot on, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to explore the city. the free tea and coffee were a nice touch and helped us recharge throughout the day. We also enjoyed the little extras provided, which made our stay even more memorable.
