The food at this hotel was of excellent quality and the natural scenery was breathtaking. Additionally, the included breakfast was filling and delicious. The hotel was located in a quaint town, which added to its charm.

The spa services were not up to par as they were only available for females and were average at best. In-room massages were available, but the service was outsourced and inconsistent. Additionally, language barriers caused some communication issues during our stay.

Impeccable service at front desk and during meals. Multiple onsen baths with different benefits for muscles and skin. Very large rooms with beautiful views. Traditional kaiseki dinner with high-quality ingredients and skilled chefs. Good value for ryokan with room including tub/shower. Amazing included breakfast. 🌸

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views outside my window. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The housekeeping was top-notch, with my room being cleaned and tidied up to the highest standard every day. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great convenience, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
