The common areas are spacious and well-lit, offering great views of the city. The bathrooms are clean and easily accessible, with no need to wait for a shower or toilet. The sound insulation is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were amazing - warm, friendly, generous, and always ready to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Santiago Guesthouse and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. I had a happy and comfortable stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they had a wider selection of items to choose from.

Santiago Guesthouse was perfect for my needs, with its convenient location close to the Peace Park and Museum. the hostel was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. the international vibe and enjoyable lounge made it easy to meet new people. the facilities were top-notch and fuss-free, and the kitchen was a bonus. it was one of the best budget stays I've had in Japan.
