I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me, especially during a heavy snowfall. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and close to the subway station. The room was clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the landscape. The hotel facilities were modern and convenient. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the polite Japanese culture was evident in the service.

Great location and helpful staff. the hotel is just a short walk from major shopping sites and public transport. the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. the room was clean and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable.

Slow Wi-Fi and lack of power outlets were the only downsides of our weekend stay. the Wi-Fi could be slow at times, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel staffs were helpful, fluent in English, and provided a warm welcome atmosphere. The location was superb, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping streets, and convenience stores.
