We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the main tourist area. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, which was so convenient. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and ready to assist us. They spoke excellent English, which made communication a breeze.

It offers easy access to the vibrant Dotonbori area, but is situated in a quieter part of the neighborhood. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in a prime location. The hotel offered great value for money with its excellent amenities. Our room and toilet were spotless clean, and the shower was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway and Dotonbori shopping street. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast spread, although not lavish, provided a good variety at an affordable price. I highly recommend Sarasa Hotel Dotonbori for a comfortable and affordable stay in Osaka.

The room was clean and spacious. It had all the necessary facilities including comfortable beds. the hotel was in a great location, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do.

The hotel was not easy to find as it was hidden away in a small alley and quite a distance from the subway station. the lack of proper signage made it difficult to locate.
