Christmas at this hotel was a treat! the location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find a great place to eat. the hotel offered a couple of complementary drinks which worked as a perfect start to a fantastic day. the cozy and clean rooms added to the positive experience, making it a delightful stay. the best part, though, was the luggage storage. Since we had an early flight home, the hotel staff stored our luggage so we could easily enjoy a stress-free visit to the Ameyoko market.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sardonyx in Ueno for a quick overnight trip. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the fantastic facilities and the warm welcome I received from the staff. Not only did I enjoy a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in my stay. The location was superb, with easy access to various forms of public transport, making my journey to the airport the next day a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and super-fast WIFI throughout the hotel. All of this at a really reasonable price. This was my second visit to this hotel, and I am pleased to say that it consistently delivers a great experience.

Hard to think of anything.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Ueno station for 5 nights. The room was small, but that's typical for this city. However, I decided to upgrade to a room with a sofa, which was a great option for two people. The windows were well soundproofed, so I hardly heard any noise from the trains or traffic. The location was perfect, with a short walk to shops, cafes, and convenience stores. The hotel was also easy to find and travel to. I had a convenient and comfortable stay at Sardonyx Ueno.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Sardonyx Ueno. The room was compact but spotlessly clean, and the location was super convenient, with Ueno Park and shopping streets nearby. The staff went above and beyond to help me, making it my most enjoyable hotel experience in Tokyo.

The location was perfect for easy access to public transportation and exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we had an issue with a smoking guest on our floor, quickly offering us a new room. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sardonyx Ueno.

This hotel has a great location near Ueno station and hot shopping spots with many eateries to choose from. The rooms are cozy with useful amenities such as twin beds and a free standard breakfast that includes a Japanese option.
