Great spa area with good baths and relaxing atmosphere. Beds were comfortable, better than most capsule hotels. Good location, close to many popular attractions in the city.

The hotel has a strict and inconvenient policy regarding shoes and key access, making it difficult to leave and enter the premises. the locker space is too small, making it challenging to store luggage and additional purchases.

It was my favorite hotel out of the four I stayed in during my time in Japan. The bed/capsule was incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were spotlessly clean. The restaurant served delicious meals, including the free breakfast. The massages on the floor below were a treat, and very reasonably priced. The location was perfect, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Kyoto and it was hands down the best place I've stayed during my entire 6-month journey. From the friendly reception to the modern and comfortable capsules, everything exceeded my expectations. The facilities, including the amazing sauna/spa with rooftop onsen, were top-notch. The cleanliness, daily cleaning, and amenities provided were outstanding. The location is also very convenient, with the nearby train station just a short walk away. a 10 out of 10 experience.

Sauna & Capsule Hotel Rumor Plaza is a steal! At 4000 yen per night during Sakura season, it's an excellent deal. the staff and service are top-notch, and the hotel is comfortable and interesting. I loved the lounge with reclining chairs and TVs, and the fact that they provide pajamas. the saunas and hot baths are amazing, available anytime. the buffet breakfast is outstanding, traditional and abundant. the location is convenient, close to Nishiki market and Goin district. a must-try if you're not looking for a backpacker hostel and don't mind the strict rules.

The hotel had a great selection of hair products and a lovely breakfast. The staff was pleasant and allowed me to leave my luggage for up to 24 hours. The sleeping area was quiet and the showers were clean. The capsules were exactly as described and depicted. The amenities, such as the spa and massage area, seemed very nice, but I didn't have time to use them.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, from the sleeping area to the common areas and showers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spa, massage area, and relaxation area that we wish we had more time to enjoy. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the attractions in this city. The breakfast buffet, while not extraordinary, was tasty and provided a good start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at a capsule hotel in Kyoto. The capsule was spacious and provided fresh water and new earplugs every night. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Gion district with plenty of restaurants nearby. The sauna and baths were clean and relaxing, the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were welcoming and spoke English well. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kyoto.

We loved the hotel's excellent location, right in the middle of a series of traditional shops. The town center and main temple district were within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff provided exceptional service, including arranging a taxi for us and explaining all the customs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, both western and Japanese, and the sauna and spa facilities were top-notch.
