I had a distressing experience with the reception staff regarding my children. They barged into my kids' room after already speaking to me about noise and I found it utterly disrespectful and invasive. It left me feeling frustrated and uneasy about the hotel’s policies on guest privacy, completely overshadowing what could’ve been a pleasant stay.

I loved the proximity to the bustling fish market, just a short walk away. The kitchenette in the room was incredibly useful for preparing meals, and the cleanliness of the space made my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, enhancing my experience.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and could use some improvement.

Our stay at Section L Tsukiji was simply delightful! The kitchenette was a game-changer, making it easy to whip up late-night snacks after enjoying all the amazing seafood around. The location couldn’t be better—with the Tsukiji Market just steps away, we were in food heaven! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, making our experience even more enjoyable.

However, there's one little hiccup, the check-in process was a bit tricky and could use some improvement. Also, the lack of housekeeping during our stay didn't bother us much, but it might feel inconvenient for longer visits.

Our stay at Section L Tsukiji was like discovering Tokyo's hidden gem, a cozy nest right at the bustling Tsukiji Outer Market! With a thoughtfully appointed Family Studio including fluffy duvets, a well-equipped kitchenette for our late-night ramen cravings, and quick access to sushi restaurants across the street, we felt like culinary royalty. The staff were ever so helpful, sealing our stay with a 'happily ever after' twist when they swiftly resolved a room mishap that left us feeling extra special. Free coffee in the lobby was like icing on our cake!

Pillows were a bit hard.

No cleaning service provided during the stay!!! The dining table is cramped with seating for just two!!! The automatic light in the entrance frequently disrupts sleep when triggered at night!!!

Fantastic location just a stroll away from Tsukiji Market, easy access to subway and Ginza! super clean and modern room with a well-stocked kitchenette. Super friendly staff helped us with everything we needed 😊!

Entirely satisfied.
