The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible by shuttle bus or taxi from the train station. Guests can enjoy a relaxing onsen experience with breathtaking views of the mountains. The kaiseki-style meals are delicious and beautifully presented, with the staff being accommodating and friendly.

The website of the hotel could be improved for non-Japanese visitors, as it was difficult to navigate and book a room online.

I had an incredible ryokan experience at a hidden gem in Hakone. The private onsen overlooking the beautiful nature was a dream come true. The traditional room was spotless and the kaiseki dinner was a work of art. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. highly recommended!

The food served was high quality and tasted amazing. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views of the natural surroundings. the staff was very warm and hospitable.

We found the prices to be very steep in comparison to other similar hotels in the area. the rooms were not as comfortable as we were expecting, with the beds being hard and the pillows lumpy.
