Amazing free shuttle service to all local spots, warm and spacious rooms, EXCELLENT breakfast.

The rooms are cozy with a seating area to unwind after a tiring day. I enjoyed the free toiletries in the private bathroom. the flat-screen TV and DVD player were a nice touch for entertainment.

The main entryway felt a bit tight when crowded with shoes.

rooms are super clean - duvets keep you warm & cozy - lounge gives a homely vibe - shuttle service to nearby skiing spots - staff go out of their way to assist.

Seventh Heaven provides a convenient location near shuttle buses, supermarkets, and dining options. the communal lounge offers a homey atmosphere, with great amenities like a microwave and hot drinks. Rooms are quiet, with warm duvets, and the drying room facilities are excellent. the staff, including Lin, Leonard, and Simon, are welcoming and offer free shuttle services to various locations.

No bar fridge or bottled water in the room. Scuff marks and holes in walls require room refresh.

Just had the coziest getaway to a mountain hotel! LOVED the fantastic soft duvets - felt like sleeping on clouds. Breakfast included is a plus. Definitely choosing this place again. Photos don't do justice to the jacuzzi!

The standout feature of this guesthouse is the exceptional hospitality of the staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. the in-house shuttle service is a great convenience, and the rooms are both comfortable and clean. One aspect that could be improved is the consistency in serving breakfast on time.

We had an amazing stay at Seventh Heaven! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great time. They provided excellent local knowledge, organized activities, and even drove us to the supermarket and onsen. The lodge itself was cozy and spacious, with a comfortable shared area to relax in. Highly recommended for families and couples! we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay there again.

Hospitable staff and comfortable, clean room with in-suite bathroom. Reasonably priced with friendly and helpful staff. Well-located for visiting the Hakuba area. Breakfast was good and filling for a great start to the day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff is friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with transportation and recommendations. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including a pool table and a Wii U for entertainment. The location is convenient, with a short walk to a convenience store and a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

There may be some confusion regarding the ski-in/ski-out feature, as it is not directly connected to the mountain.

We were pleasantly surprised by the massage chair and the public bathhouses located nearby. the rooms were comfortable and had great amenities, and the breakfast provided was a nice touch. the best part was the location, with a convenience store just a short walk away and many dining options in the nearby area.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was cozy and had everything we needed. the only other downside was that it was a bit far from some of the popular ski mountains in the area, but the staff were always willing to offer transportation.
