Located near the ski departure area, the hotel offers easy access to the slopes, perfect for avid skiers and snowboarders. The staff is known for being helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area, with powdery snow and a variety of runs to explore.

There are limited dining options within the hotel, and guests have mentioned that it is not possible to walk in for dinner at a few restaurants.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious mountain retreat. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided by the staff. The location within the mountains was simply breathtaking, with lovely views of the quieter side of the mountain and the new gondola. The spacious, luxurious rooms offered plenty of storage space and the bed was extra large and extremely comfortable. Additionally, the amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and in-room safes, were top-notch. I also loved the eco plan, where opting out of daily cleaning resulted in receiving credits, and towels were replaced if needed. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this place and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Sheraton Hokkaido Kiroro Resort. The room was impeccably clean, and we didn't encounter any bugs this time. The buffet breakfast was a vast improvement, offering a wider selection and better quality. We had the opportunity to book a fantastic charcoal BBQ dinner at Tribute, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the April snowfall, the slopes were accessible, although a bit icy. We appreciated the convenience of pool access at Tribute and the onsen at the mountain center. We hope the high standards continue next season, as we plan to stay again in early December. The removal of music in the corridors was much appreciated, as the doors are not soundproof. We do suggest posting signs in the corridor to remind guests to be considerate of others and maintain a quiet atmosphere. Our overall experience this time was better than our previous stay in December. we highly recommend this hotel for an amazing skiing experience.

Excellent room size with extra large and comfortable bed. Lots of storage space available. Hotel has many operating facilities, including gondola lift and hot spring. Enjoyed the coin laundry and ability to exchange room servicing for credits. Beautiful views of mountains and access to sister hotel. Buffet dinner and coffee at Double Black Cafe were great. Good breakfast, although an egg station would be nice. Fast and reliable WiFi. Great value for summer stay.
