Spent Christmas there. Great location in a less crowded area of Shibuya, about a 10-minute walk from the main station. Coin laundry available, which was convenient during our stay.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, forcing us to pay for an upgrade after moving rooms multiple times in three nights. the bathroom setup was awkward, with a clear glass wall visible from the front door.

The hotel's location in Shibuya is perfect - close to major attractions, with great food nearby. Beds are comfy, and the staff is supportive, even helping us send luggage.
