I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location is absolutely amazing. Being situated near the beautiful Lake Shikarabetsu and snow village added a magical touch to my trip. The view from my room was breathtaking, with a direct view of the lake without any obstructions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean and had basic amenities that met my needs. The highlight for me was the onsen, especially the outdoor one, where I could sit and relax while enjoying the snowfall. Finally, the meals, both dinner and breakfast, were absolutely delightful, offering both vegan and classic Japanese options. this hotel provided great value for money and attention to detail.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any major issues.

Lake view room of good size. Modern restaurant with hit and missed food. Courteous staff. Nature center across the street with good food at the cafe. Helpful and friendly staff.

The view from the room was amazing, with a clear view of the lake and surrounding nature. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for our business trip - easily accessible from the main road and close to the conference center.

The facilities were quite outdated and in need of renovation. the room was too warm and the air too dry, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

Amazing view, wonderful staff, clean rooms with large windows, delicious and diverse food, enjoyable lake activities, pleasant garden.
