As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenience of having a sightseeing bus stop right in front of the hotel. The onsen on the ground floor was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring Kawaguchiko.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

We were thrilled with our spacious room at Shiki-No-Yado Fujisan, perfect for our family of three. The traditional tatami living hall added a unique and cultural touch to our stay. We were greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and even had a yukata provided for our daughter. Our room had a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji and was right in front of Lake Kawaguchi, creating an awe-inspiring atmosphere. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake, making it an ideal location for a serene walk or a bike ride. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the bus stop, making transportation easy. The spacious rooms have tatami mats and comfortable beds. The hotel provides a yukata for guests to enjoy the public bath. The views of Mount Fuji are breathtaking.

Some aspects of the hotel need improvement, such as the condition of the furniture and linens.

The hotel had spacious rooms with a tatami area and a great view of the lake and Mount Fuji. The breakfast at the highest floor was delicious and offered a stunning view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, the train station, and the lake. We really enjoyed the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.

The hotel is located near local attractions such as the Kawaguchiko cruise and ropeway ride, providing opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Mount Fuji. From both the room and the restaurant, I could admire the stunning sight of the majestic mountain. The spacious rooms offered comfortable beds, while the friendly staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to enjoy the view of Mount Fuji during this meal.

One negative aspect was the presence of a lingering smell in the room, which, although not unpleasant, could have been better.

Rooms are exceptionally spacious with a tatami area and two western style beds. The hotel is in a great location right in front of the lake, offering uninterrupted views of Mt Fuji. The staff provide basic amenities and the service met our expectations.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel's location was perfect, right on the Red-Line bus stop, making transportation around this city so convenient. Plus, it was directly across from Lake Kawaguchi, offering breathtaking views. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The room we stayed in was spacious and had traditional tatami living areas. The friendly staff provided us with yukatas, which was a nice touch. this hotel provided a comfortable and authentic experience at a suitable price.

Nothing for us.

We had an amazing time during our city break in Fuji Lakes area. First of all, the location was superb, with easy access to tour buses that stop right in front of the hotel. the spacious room we had was a real plus, with an extra tatami room and a beautiful view of the lake. To make our stay even better, we appreciated the shuttle service to the train station, which made our departure so much easier.

Although we enjoyed our time at the hotel, we cannot ignore a couple of negative aspects. One is that the futon sheets were quite smelly, so we ended up sleeping on the western-style beds, which were thankfully comfortable.

loved the stunning views of Mount Fuji from our spacious room, and the convenient location next to the lake and bus stops. The staff's incredible politeness made our group visit even more enjoyable.
