We were lucky to stay at this place, which is situated in a peaceful and serene environment. The location is just very close to the park and next to the lake, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunset views. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to explore the nearby JR station and other attractions. The room amenities, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area, were top-notch. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in rooms, as well as the free toiletries, refrigerator, and electric kettle provided. The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

This place comes highly recommended and we can't think of any reason why anyone wouldn't enjoy their stay here.

Spotless hotel with superb staff. Taxi from airport costs ¥7200, 40 mins max. Traditional facilities, not fancy but adequate. Hotel onsen a treat. Wonderful lake views from select rooms. Shuttle service available, seats 9. Ideal for workshops or group getaways. Parcels handled with great help. Royal treatment with endless Japanese food. Relaxing atmosphere, perfect for switching off. Serene environment for inner peace. Impressive service and special care for requests. Great in-room onsen and consumables. Cold brew coffee a highlight in mornings. True paradise experience. Highly recommended.

The view from the room was stunning with breathtaking nature. The room was spacious enough with good facilities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The air conditioning was not too warm or cold, just perfect for night sleep. We got enough information about the nearby areas from the staff.

We visited during Easter, but the room was not decorated at all to celebrate this important holiday. The breakfast buffet was very basic with not much variety and didn't meet our expectations for an enjoyable breakfast experience. We noticed that the showerhead was old and looked like it needed to be replaced.
