My partner and I stayed at Smile Hotel for three nights during our trip to Japan. The rooms were the largest we had throughout our whole journey, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Peace Memorial Museum and Park, as well as the Nagaden Tram Stop. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including the famous Okonomimura, and a convenience store just across the street. Smile Hotel exceeded our expectations and offered great value for money.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel was perfect for it. the room was big and clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. the facilities such as the mini fridge and kettle were very convenient. the hotel's location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from a bus stop and close to the city's main attractions. We also enjoyed the fact that there were shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast buffet didn't offer a lot of options for Western tastes. there were no cupboards in the room, which made it a bit cramped.

The rooms at this hotel were surprisingly spacious and had two double beds, which was a nice change from the usual small rooms in Japan. the facilities were excellent, including a mini fridge, kettle, and even pajamas. the location was convenient, with a few minutes' walk to a public bus stop and a nearby tram stop. the hotel was also situated on a main shopping street, making it easy to explore and find restaurants nearby.

One downside of this hotel is that it is located close to the red light district, which may bother some guests. However, it didn't affect our stay and didn't take away from the overall experience.

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at a very clean hotel. The lift was fast, making it easy for us as guests with disabilities to navigate the hotel. The delicious breakfast had a great variety of food options. The bed was not only huge and comfortable, but it was also accessible for guests with disabilities. The highlight for us was the luxurious shower, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the hotel's noticeable smiley face on the wall made it easier for us to locate the hotel. As guests with disabilities, we found it convenient that there was a bus stop just a few minutes away on the Promenade of Peace, with the bus number 102. Getting off when we saw the nearby Hilton hotel was a breeze.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, in the center of town, close to a bus stop that goes directly to Hiroshima station. It is also within walking distance to the Atomic Bomb dome as well as many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. it is a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

One downside is that there is only one key card per room, which may be inconvenient for those traveling with a companion.
