The hotel's location was super convenient with a metro gate at the basement, making it easy to get around Osaka. the staff always smiled and were accommodating, even offering free water in exchange for no cleaning - a lovely touch that I appreciated. the room, although small, was clean and comfortable, plus there were plenty of dining options nearby. 🏨

Pros the location was mind, blowing with the train station steps away and plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was SUPER spacious with a jaw, dropping view of the city, and the staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting with luggage storage and sending items to another hotel. the amenities like 24, hour reception and security, elevator access, and controllable air conditioning made the stay super comfortable. All in all, a fantastic experience at this hotel! .

The location of this hotel is super convenient, with a metro gate right at the basement and within walking distance to popular attractions and the airport. the staff here are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I appreciate the offer of free water in exchange for no daily cleaning, a great eco-friendly initiative. the room is cozy and has all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a comfy stay.

One thing that could be improved is the air conditioning in the room. It tended to get a bit warm at night even on the highest setting.
