Excellent base for exploring Tokyo

Although the double room was a bit small for two people, it had most of the amenities we needed. The only things missing were a shaving mirror and an iron.

Great location, steps away from the metro, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Efficient check-in and check-out. New building and rooms with most amenities you might want. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Reliable WiFi and free mobile phone for use. Combination of buffet and breakfast menus. Helpful staff.

The hotel is perfectly located right across the street in the heart of Ginza from Ippudo ramen, so you can easily indulge in delicious bowls of ramen. It is also conveniently close to a convenience store, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need. Additionally, it is a great choice for international travelers as it is easily accessible from both Narita and Haneda airports.

It was all superb.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a quiet yet central location. This place had great amenities such as free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and the room had great heating. I also liked that there was a restaurant on-site with delicious options. The wi-fi was reliable and there was luggage storage available for my convenience.

This venue provided everything I needed for a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone, especially families.

Had an awesome stay during Xmas! the service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to help. Free tea, coffee, and water were provided in the room, making it very comfortable. the location was spot on, with easy access to trains, shops, and local eateries. the main highlight was the easy access to a popular Ramen bar, which always had long queues elsewhere.

The room was slightly compact, but still had ample space for two large luggages. the bathroom amenities could have been better, but overall, it was satisfactory.

the room was small but well planned, with a roomy bathroom and everything in good working order. the neighborhood was fantastic, with excellent restaurants and easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were more people who could speak foreign languages compared to previous years. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Nishitetsu.

Clean and well-designed room with a spacious bathroom. Convenient location near the subway, making it easy to access both Narita and Haneda airports. Close proximity to the popular Ginza shopping district and Tsukiji market. Friendly staff and elegant breakfast buffet.
