As a budget traveler, I loved the convenient location near public transportation including the JR station and airport limousine bus stop. The room was spacious and comfortable with helpful amenities like coin-operated washer/dryer facilities. The staff were efficient and friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main station of JR Kyoto, making it a great choice for travelers who want easy access to transportation. Additionally, the hotel is situated behind the Avanti mall, providing guests with a variety of shopping and dining options just steps away. The rooms are spacious enough to accommodate four suitcases, and they are well-equipped with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of our stay was the very comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel had a good selection of options to choose from.

The hotel's breakfast could benefit from more vegetarian choices.

The location of this hotel was perfect, being so close to Kyoto train station and bus terminal. It made it incredibly convenient for day trips outside of Kyoto. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, banks, and convenience stores. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided in the room. Despite the small size of the room, which is to be expected in Japan at this price point, the bed was very comfortable and suitable for two people.

The breakfast options at this hotel were a bit disappointing for vegetarians. Although it was included in our package, the vegetarian options were limited to toast and mini pastries, which seemed odd.

Title: Great Family Experience

My wife says that it would have been great to have a dedicated play area for the kids. While the hotel was family-friendly, having a designated space for the children to play or engage in activities would have made the stay even more enjoyable for them.

The free Wi-Fi and complimentary toiletries were really nice. the location was great - close to the train station and shopping areas, which made it easy to get around. the daily changing of the breakfast dishes was a welcome surprise, and the Japanese breakfast was quite delicious.

The room was extremely small and cramped, making it a challenge to move around freely. the bed was not very comfortable, and the bedding wasn't soft enough.

We had an exceptional stay at this conveniently located hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our luggage. We loved the proximity to Kyoto Station and the convenience of nearby shops and convenience stores. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but with so many other great options nearby, it wasn't a big issue. I highly recommend Sotetsu Fresa Inn for a pleasant stay in Kyoto.

During my recent stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn, I was impressed by the convenient location just a stone's throw away from Kyoto station. This made exploring the city and hopping on the airport bus incredibly easy. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and able to communicate in English, which was a huge plus. The room itself was very clean and the double bed provided ample space for a comfortable stay. While the room was on the smaller side, this is to be expected in Kyoto. The hotel also kindly provided umbrellas for us to borrow on rainy days. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for those looking for a reasonably priced and convenient stay in Kyoto.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room with a spacious double bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more options for vegetarians.
