The Perfect little hotel at a good price. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff lent us umbrellas when it rained. The property is in a great part of Tokyo with lots of bookshops and nice little restaurants. The Metro made it easy for us to get around. The hotel is connected to Little Mermaid bakery which offered good and cheap breakfasts. Despite the small size of the room, it had a comfortable bed. The area surrounding the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with bookstores, nice atmosphere cafes, and typical eating places. The cleanliness level was really high. The location was great for our purposes, with easy access to Asakusa and Akihabara. It is close to cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The beds were very comfortable and the shower amenities were good. I would recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tasteful and had a touch of traditional Japanese style, which made me feel like I was truly experiencing Tokyo. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it comfortable for senior people like me to move around.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit busy and overwhelmed with their tasks, which made it difficult to get the help we needed at times.

It is also within reach of the Imperial Palace, offering a scenic destination for a leisurely stroll. Guests have praised the comfortable beds and good shower amenities provided. the hotel is situated in a relatively quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.

As backpackers, we loved the availability of amenities at reception, including free coffee, tea, and the option to pick 3 products per day. The location is fantastic, with lively bookshops in the neighborhood and attractions like the imperial east garden and Akihabara nearby. It was also easy to get to the trains, and we enjoyed grabbing breakfast at the nearby Little Mermaid Bakery.
