The room was surprisingly spacious, allowing me to move around comfortably. I loved the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to subway and railway lines. The coin laundry was a lifesaver during my trip. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn again when I visit Osaka.

Excellent value and great location! the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel delivers two free bottles of water daily, which was nice because we used them throughout the day. the subway stations were all nearby, and it was easy to get to every part of town. One of the best perks was the facility where we could deposit our bags after check-out and they would be secure while we felt free to explore around until our flight time.

The room was smaller than we expected with not enough space for storing our luggage. We felt cramped with two suitcases and were not too fond of the pillows being different kinds.

Great location near stations, convenient stores and coffee shops. Comfortable bed, clean room, and friendly staff. Free amenities and good breakfast.

The beds are cozy, and the window curtains allow for customizable light levels. The hotel offers excellent service, including friendly staff and a well-equipped coin laundry.
