Our room comfortably fit our family of four with three single beds, smart storage solutions, and daily towel changes. the staff's friendliness, eco-friendly amenities, and convenient location near attractions and dining options impressed us. Plus, receiving a special honeymoon upgrade on the top floor was a delightful surprise.

I always return to my go, to place in Sapporo. the friendly staff helped me find a local taxi number once. Free Wi, Fi, Car park, 24, hour reception, Flat. the Non, smoking rooms are a plus. I'm back for New Year! .

The hotel's location was perfect for my Christmas vacation in Japan. It was conveniently located near the subway station and other transport options. the room was cozy and well-designed. I was able to stream my favorite Christmas movies on the fast internet connection without interruptions. the staff were friendly and helpful, and even though I didn't understand the local language, they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The pillows weren't as comfortable as I would have liked, which affected the quality of my sleep. I also didn't like that the room was cleaned every third day, whether I wanted it or not.

Being right next to Hosuisusukino Station Exit 4 made it very convenient. Within a short walk, there were lots of eateries, including Ramen Alley and shopping areas like Tanuki-koji Shopping Street. the hotel and room had a clean, bright, and comfortable feel; the twin bedded room was spacious enough for luggage with USB charging ports nearby. the quilt was cozy and warm for the chilly winter nights, and the TV could access YouTube/Netflix, a nice touch. Skincare products were available at the lobby, and the hotel breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western food.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient as it is right outside the exit of "hosoi susukino station". This makes it easy to explore the city and access various train lines. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The rooms are well-designed and functional, allowing us to store our luggage under the bed. The fast internet speed and up-to-date TV with streaming capabilities were a great bonus. The self check-in process was seamless, and the staff were always available to help.

The cleaning schedule can be a bit inconvenient as they clean the rooms every 3rd night, sometimes during the morning when guests may still be in the room.
