Les chambres sont propres et confortables, avec des salles de bains fonctionnelles et des douches spacieuses. De plus, le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute, offrant un excellent service. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié, pouvant être apprécié en terrasse avec une vue imprenable.

L'absence de rangement dans les chambres pour défaire sa valise lors d'un séjour de plusieurs jours peut être un inconvénient pour certains voyageurs.

The location of the hotel was great! It was within walking distance to many restaurants and food markets. the room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the different types of tea and drip coffee that were available at the front desk. It was a nice touch to have those available for free.

The staff was not very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. the bed and pillows were too firm for my liking.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Sendai station and surrounded by many great places to eat. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice, cozy bed. I really appreciated the small touches like the freshly brewed coffee at breakfast. It's a great value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

Dieses Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Standort, mitten im Wald und weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind modern und farbenfroh eingerichtet, mit einigen abstrakten Kunstwerken, die sie verschönern. Der Preis für das Zimmer war angemessen und das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war ein Bio-Traum, mit einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und Getränken. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel einfach fantastisch!

The room was super comfy, with a spacious bed and plenty of hanger options. I really appreciated the amenities they offered, like different bath salts and hair products. The location was also great, close to the train station and with lots of food options nearby. The staff were friendly and patient, especially considering we didn't speak Japanese. I had a really nice stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sendai.

The breakfast area was too small and crowded, and the seating area could have been bigger. It would have been nice to have more choices for breakfast.
