The location of this hotel was amazing. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several subway stations, including Kyobashi and Takaracho, making it very easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was just a short walk to Ginza, the main shopping area. The hotel itself was very clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a nice restaurant/bar downstairs. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Kyobashi. the hotel's overall quality/price rate was good considering prices in Japan. the amenities were very useful, and the room was always clean with new sheets and towels every day. the coin laundry was cheap and convenient. the location in the Ginza district was excellent, with easy access to the Central Train Station and the nearest Metro Station.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful in changing coin changes to paper notes. Facilities include an ice-making machine, vending machines, a washing machine, dryer, and an espresso machine free for guests to use.

The breakfast menu seemed to be repeated daily, and there was no variety in the food.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were able to assist us in English. Being close to these stations made it convenient for us to explore all the popular tourist attractions in Tokyo. Additionally, having a Family Mart and Seven Eleven nearby made it convenient for us to grab any last-minute snacks or necessities. The breakfast provided was simple but nice, and we were happy with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel overall. The availability of a washing machine and dryer was also a plus.
