I recently stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing maps and directions upon request. The hotel is conveniently located near the Toyocho Subway station, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the free bath sachets for ladies and the availability of a microwave and ice machine on the fourth floor. The hotel also offers good WiFi and a coin laundry on the second floor. it was a clean, well-maintained facility with great value for the money.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Tokyo. The first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The room service did an excellent job tidying up every day, changing towels and pajamas. The bathrooms were fantastic, clean and well-equipped with modern features like auto-toilets. The location was very convenient, being just a minute away from a subway station. There were also nearby restaurants and shops for everyday needs.

All was satisfactory and nothing major that needs improvement.

The location was perfect, as it was very near Toyocho station and right next to a metro station that took you towards town or towards Narita Airport. The hotel was also close to Tsukiji famous fish market, which was convenient for us to explore. Additionally, there were plenty of convenient stores nearby that had fresh veggies, making it easy for us to grab snacks and essentials. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just 50m from the Metro. The coffee shop downstairs was great and convenient. Being close to the Museum of contemporary Art was a bonus. It was not in a tourist area, which suited us adults. The room was perfect for one person and had easily adjustable temperatures. The friendly and helpful staff provided a lovely selection of useful toiletries. The hotel's proximity to the subway station, post office, and cash machine made it very convenient for us.
