The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to Bashamachi station and the Minatomirai area. The room was spacious and had a lovely view towards Minato Mirai. There were also many nice restaurants in close proximity. The breakfast had a good variety and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had tasteful and beautifully done decor in both the rooms and public areas.

This hotel is located in a fantastic spot, right outside Bashamichi Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Yokohama and even travelling to Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms, although small, were clean and had all the necessary amenities we expected.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great, with no major issues or areas for improvement.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Minatomirai area, where you can explore Yokohama World Porters and enjoy the Ramen Museum. It is also very near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The room is clean and tidy, with free toiletries available at the front desk. Additionally, they offer free coffee from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and there is a coin laundry facility for guests to use.

The room can feel a little cramped if you're sharing it with someone else.

We had an amazing Christmas in Yokohama! the hotel had a great location near the museum and train station, making it easy to explore the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink and snacks. the room was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. Plus, the staff was super helpful with recommendations and directions.

One thing that could have been better was the breakfast selection. the elevator was a bit slow at times.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Yokohama. The location was extremely convenient, with the subway and train stations nearby, as well as a short walk to the beautiful Minatomirai harbor area. The staff at the hotel, particularly Miss Chou, were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in trying to retrieve a lost item from the Shinkansen. Even though I didn't get my Kindle back, I genuinely appreciated Miss Chou's dedication and helpfulness. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms and public areas were tastefully decorated and well-maintained. it was a delightful experience.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right next to Bashamichi station is excellent and easy to find. It is very convenient, close to the main attractions of the city, and the metro station is just outside the hotel. This is a perfect choice if you want to stay in the more expensive area of Minatomirai. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and even have enough space for a second suitcase, which is a plus.

The location of Sotetsu Fresa Inn was excellent, making it easy to explore Yokohama. The rooms were small but clean and fresh, and the hotel was in close proximity to Yokohama Bay and the Pacifico Conference area. The eco-sign on the door was a nice touch, allowing me to skip daily linen changes and receive a complimentary bottle of water. The free wifi was a bonus, although I had to rely on my own pocket wifi at times due to intermittent internet connection. Despite some minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Pasifico congress center and Sakuragicho Station. the room was spacious and clean, a refreshing change from other Japanese hotels.
