One of my best Thanksgiving getaways! the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station and minutes away from shopping street and restaurants. I loved having access to laundry facilities, with a washing machine and a drying machine on-site available for a small fee. the room was stylish and modern, with comfortable bedding and an updated bathroom.

there were no chairs or desk in the room, so it was challenging to work on my laptop. While the hotel was located in a safe neighborhood, the area was quite busy with cars and bikes, so I had to be careful when crossing the streets.

The room at Stay Sakura Kyoto Suzaku Oji was incredibly spacious, much larger than other rooms at a similar price. The staff made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to assist us, even offering their personal phone in an emergency. The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the room were exceptional, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near Nijo station for easy access to public transportation.

The lack of a table and chair in the room, making it difficult to work or eat comfortably.

Brand new architecture and interior decoration, made with good taste. Convenient location near Subway and JR Station, with 24/7 grocery stores within 2-minute walk. Enjoyable walk to Sanjo passage with local restaurants, coffee shops, and souvenir shops. Helpful staff and comfortable, silent rooms.

The Stay Sakura Kyoto Suzaku Oji is ideally located near Nijo station, making it convenient for transportation. It is also close to both train and bus stations, providing easy access to various attractions. The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi is quick and stable. Additionally, the hotel has a coin-operated laundry facility, which is convenient for longer stays.

The front desk is not open 24 hours, which can be inconvenient for guests who need to check in or drop off their baggage outside of the operating hours.

The hotel room was beautifully decorated, with friendly and helpful staff. Great location with easy access to train connections. The room was spacious and had separate shower and toilet areas. The architecture and interior decoration were brand new and tasteful. Close to subway, JR station, and 24-hour grocery stores.

Nothing could have been better.
