The value for money was great, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The location was perfect, being close to Shinjuku and within walking distance to the subway station. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and assisting with restaurant reservations.

The breakfast options could be improved with more variety and choices.

Conveniently located in the lively Nishishinjuku neighborhood, close to public transport and shops. Spacious room with modern design and all necessary amenities, including a Nescafe coffee pod machine and a large bathroom. Helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us, even flagging down a taxi. We had a great experience and will definitely return.

The facilities were great, with a clean room and bathroom. the espresso machine and free laundry and dryer use were a nice addition. the location was convenient, situated between two train stations, providing easy access to different areas. there was a fantastic juice shop nearby that also sold Kyrgyz honey, which I highly recommend trying.

It would have been helpful if this information was disclosed upfront, as it would have influenced my decision to stay. This left a negative impression on the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impeccable. The spacious room had a kitchenette where we could cook our meals, which was especially helpful during the typhoon period. Additionally, the free laundry room on the lower ground floor was a great convenience.
