The morning meal could use more variety.

I always choose this spot for my stays. First time, staff suggested great eats. It’s my fave as it has all I need - Wi-Fi, parking, security, massage, sauna, flat-screen TV. I keep returning for romantic getaways.

Our stay at Suiun was simply marvelous. We enjoyed a relaxing getaway for three nights. the attentive staff made us feel like royalty, from the warm welcome to the assistance with luggage. the delicious and varied meals, along with the open-air bath in our spacious room, added to the luxurious experience. the three private hot springs were a true delight, never feeling crowded. We appreciated the attention to detail, including the daily room cleaning and provision of free snacks and beverages. the central location near Gora station and serene garden entrance were additional highlights.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hakone, and I must say it was quite an experience! the staff here were so attentive and always ready to help with a smile. the meals, especially breakfast, were a real treat - different every day with a vast variety of flavors. the private in-room open-air bath was a blissful luxury, perfect for relaxation. the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the Goro Onsen. the public and private hot springs were spacious and tranquil. I loved the cold bath and sauna here, great for winding down after a day of exploring. the ramen bar open late at night was a nice touch too.

One thing that could be improved is the language barrier - some staff members had limited English proficiency, which made communication a bit challenging at times. It would be helpful if they could provide more dining recommendations who haven't booked meals in advance.

During my stay at the hotel, the cleanliness was exceptional, with attention to small details evident in the well-maintained rooms. Hotel facilities such as the private in-room hot spring baths and multiple private onsens provided ample relaxation options. the location near Gora station was convenient, allowing for easy access to transportation. the staff were attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from arrival to departure.

Spent Easter weekend at a lovely Japanese style hotel located on a steep incline. the staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the traditional dinner and breakfast were very delicious and the hot chocolate and tea were a nice touch. the location is conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the nearby area attractions.

The signage was primarily in Japanese, which made it difficult to navigate around the hotel and understand the separate male and female areas. the information provided on how to cook the dishes was limited.
