I did find the bed to be slightly uncomfortable, and the pillows were filled with boba balls, which was a bit strange.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the breakfast included a delicious variety of foods, including pastries and eggs, and they even offered some traditional Japanese options. the location was ideal as it was close to public transportation and easy to find. they had amenities available at the front desk which was a nice touch.

The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. the water had some issues on the second night but was resolved in a timely manner.

I had a great stay at Super Hotel Jr! The location was perfect, close to Ueno station. They provided personal cleaning stuff and amenities at the front desk. The breakfast included a variety of pastry bread and Japanese options. Although there were some issues with the water on the second night, they promptly reimbursed us for using the nearby bathhouse and even gave a refund for the night. Despite a slightly uncomfortable bed and weird pillows, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
