Loved the natural hot spring on-site!

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a supportive reception staff who provided assistance in English and were very cheerful, the subway station A7 exit is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making my travel around the city a breeze.

the breakfast was an utter joke, I mean seriously, just a bread and a smoothie? absolutely pathetic! and the room was so tiny, I could hardly move around, let alone enjoy anything. also, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, considering all my discomforts! almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, really disapointed!

While the hotel's location is great, the room was disappointingly tiny. We struggled to fit our luggage and move around comfortably. Additionally, the single elevator for 14 floors made waiting a hassle, especially during peak times. The bed was too firm for my liking, leading to uncomfortable nights.

Surprisingly delightful! The location is perfect—right at Higashi-ginza station. Staff are friendly, and the lobby offers coffee and non-alcoholic beverages. Choose your pillow and wear a yukata to the onsen, which features a real natural hot spring. The room was cozy with a fantastic bed and a perfect bathtub. Highly recommend!

I loved the onsen spa with real natural hot spring vibes! The Deluxe Double Room had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a cozy yukata. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with free toiletries, slippers, and a bidet. Staff were super helpful, and the location is perfect right by the metro station. Plus, free drinks from 5-9pm are a nice touch!
