We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent and the hotel facilities were well thought out. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, being close to both Shinagawa and Shimbamba stations.

The breakfast selection is excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers little gifts to guests, such as Japanese snacks, which is a nice touch. the hotel promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a small business and quiet neighborhood, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Shinabanba Station. The location was even easier to find than Google Maps suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provided great value for money, with small but cozy rooms that were well-equipped with basic amenities. The staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One detail that I appreciated was the attention to detail in the bathroom, even though it was small. The wireless internet in our room was also reliable, which was a plus. Another highlight was the fantastic breakfast buffet, with a good variety of options to choose from.

As adventure travelers, we loved the thoughtful touches, free sample toiletries, and the choice of pillows. The buffet breakfast included in the price was a great way to start our day of exploring. The hotel is located in a quiet area with many local restaurants and a nice riverside walk nearby. There is also a temple and a good small supermarket across the road. The hotel's proximity to Haneda airport made it convenient for us, and we were able to avoid the rush hour crowds by staying here instead of central Tokyo.

Great atmosphere, amazingly nice reception! the staff is very kind and helpful. the hotel is placed in a very pleasurable area with little shrines nearby, nice local places to eat and shops open till late evening. the rooms are cozy and clean, with small but well, equipped bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. There are cushions of different softness levels available in the lobby, which is a nice touch. Wi, Fi works well and there are USB cables to charge your iPhone directly from the desk.

Transferring from the nearby station to the city center can't be done using a JR Pass, which is frustrating. Also, the breakfast time was sometimes too late for us as we had lots of plans and early trains.

I loved staying at Super Hotel Shinagawa Shinbanba! The staff was incredibly nice, the room and hotel were perfectly clean, and the location was really quiet. The hot bath downstairs was wonderful, and I loved that it was open all night long. The bed was very comfortable, and having AC plus an air cleaner/humidifier made the room more comfortable. The hotel even had a laundry room, which was perfect. The choice of up to 5 cosmetic items every day was a nice touch. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
