The hotel had an ideal location, within walking distance of the train station and surrounded by a range of restaurants with delicious food. The onsen was a fantastic added bonus, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during my busy work trip. The breakfast selection was top-notch, offering both Japanese and Western dishes that were both delicious and satisfying.

While the staff were friendly and attentive, there was a language barrier that made communication difficult at times. the hotel wasn't very flexible with check-in times, which could be frustrating for those arriving earlier than expected.

I had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel in Fujisawa! The location was so convenient, just a stone's throw away from Fujisawa station and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a lovely authentic hot spring. I even got to choose my own pillow for maximum comfort. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a great variety of both Western and Japanese dishes. Although there were some language barriers with the staff, they were incredibly kind and tried their best to assist me. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Fujisawa.
