We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to provide excellent service. Secondly, the rooms were spotlessly clean and had a nice attention to detail, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, being very close to the train station, the subway, and only a short walk away from Chinatown and the sea. We loved the convenience and how easy it was to explore the area.

I had a fantastic short trip at Super Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast included in the price was delicious, with the homemade pastries being a highlight. The location of the hotel was perfect, being just a few minutes' walk from Nihon-oodori station and right next to Chinatown. Having restaurants and a convenience store right downstairs was also very convenient. I had a great experience at Super Hotel and would highly recommend it.

Ideal location, close to parks, cafes, and convenience stores. Helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of choices. Good selection of toiletries in the lobby. Walking distance to Chinatown, baseball stadium, and rail station.

The hotel had two complementary services that were a nice touch. the room was cleaned and organized daily. the staff was friendly and helpful with our daily itinerary. the hotel had a great location, close to popular restaurants and shops. One more advantage was having a small refrigerator in the room.

The room was very small and the bathroom had a strong odor. the bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t rest well each night.

Convenient location near Nihon-oodori station. Friendly staff, although English proficiency uncertain. Good included breakfast with a spicy surprise. Small rooms at a reasonable price. Handy convenience store beneath. Nearby attractions include a baseball stadium and China Town.
