As a group of friends and trekkers, we loved the spacious rooms, incredible private onsen, and the delicious kaiseki dinner. the outdoor public onsen at night was a vibe, and having a Family Mart next door made our stay even easier!

Felt totally relaxed, no issues at all!

Beautifully presented dinner and breakfast, plentiful and delicious. Option for private in-room onsen. Luggage can be sent to Hakone-Yumoto station for a fee. Lovely touch with provided yukata. Great location for exploring.

The private onsen was a huge plus! the set dinner and breakfast were incredibly high-quality. the location was great, close to museums, shopping, and offered picturesque views on the journey there.

The staff could have been more welcoming, and there was a language barrier that seemed to add to the disconnect. However, this was not a major issue and did not ruin the overall experience.
