Traveling for twelve nights, I split my stay between the tower and standard building at Emisia. the location is convenient, with nearby dining options and a building convenience store. the bed was comfy, rooms well-maintained, and staff accommodating with cleaning schedules. Security is top-notch with keycard access, and free rental bicycles add to the experience.

We stayed at a slightly run-down business hotel in Tachikawa and were pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. The hotel is just a short walk from the JR Tachikawa North Exit, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, particularly Y.Skaida, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Despite some drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, like the traditional key system, we found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

Found a good hotel to stay in during the New Year. the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was close to the restaurants and shopping malls which made things easy. the rooms were neat and clean, offering basic amenities. the staff did their best to help us, even though they barely spoke English.

The rooms were too small to be comfortable, and the bathroom had a strange layout. It was hard getting in and out of the shower as there was little room to maneuver.

Great value for the price with comfortable rooms and a convenient location next to the train station. the staff at Emisia Tokyo were friendly and accommodating.
