We had a fantastic stay at this hotel that was just a stone's throw away from the Sanroku Gondola station. The location couldn't have been more convenient for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts like us. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the view from the hotel was simply breathtaking. The hotel also provided ample storage for ski equipment and a discount coupon for the rental shop next door.

The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, despite the language barrier. They even sent a shuttle for us from the bus terminal and were always at our service.

We had the most amazing winter getaway at a hotel conveniently located near the ski lift and the Zao Ropeway. We were thrilled to find that the hotel had a large entry port for storing and putting on our ski equipment, making our daily adventures on the slopes so much easier.
