Luxury hotel on a budget, station proximity, electronic check-in, friendly staff, great mountain view, excellent breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location near the station was incredibly convenient and made it easy for me to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer my questions. The room was a good size, with a great view of the mountains. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast was a combination of Japanese and Western cuisine, and I particularly enjoyed the unlimited coffee refills. the hotel offered a luxury experience at a budget price.

The staff at the reception counter were not adequately staffed, causing delays during check-in. the toilet was tiny and the finishing was old.

The location of the Takasaki Washington Hotel Plaza was perfect, right next to the station and close to various convenient stores and restaurants. The room was well-equipped and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided free wifi, which was easy to set up.

Convenient Location and Great Service

I arrived late at night and was disappointed to find that the car lifts were closed. However, the hotel's staff quickly provided directions to a nearby parking facility. They were incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth despite being short-staffed.
