Our stay was amazing! the onsen water quality was top-notch, and the staff made it easy for us to navigate the area. the food was an authentic dining experience; variety and presentation were on point, with super fresh sashimi. the traditional tatami room was spacious, and the futon bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day of biking and exploring the local sights. the private onsen option was a lovely bonus, offering both indoor and outdoor springs. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the Hell Valley and nearby shops.

The towels provided were soft and fluffy, and we appreciated having an electric kettle in the room for our convenience. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious meals served to us. We also enjoyed the various leisure facilities available, including massage services and the hot spring bath. It was truly a luxurious and relaxing experience.

We had an amazing stay at a traditional Japanese style hotel in Noboribetsu. The cozy tatami room and delicious seafood dinner were highlights of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The onsen was a relaxing treat. a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

High-end restaurant quality food, tidy and clean rooms, nice and polite staff, central location, 5 minutes walk from Jigokudani site.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the centre of town, making it a short walk to Hell's Valley and the bus terminal. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff provides excellent Japanese hospitality and the kaiseki dinner is a standout, offering a wide variety of dishes, including fresh seafood. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, provides a relaxing experience, especially when sitting in the outdoor onsen and enjoying the falling snow.

My Easter holiday was fantastic! the traditional Japanese-style accommodation was delightful, and the food was amazing. the hotel had complementary rice cake making and the seafood dinner option was superb. the location was perfect, with easy walking access to local attractions and shops. I also enjoyed the peaceful outdoor hot spring. Staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit dated and the onsen was small. the one lift to access the rooms was slow at times, but this did not detract from my overall enjoyment of my Easter stay.
