Some guests experienced disturbances during a Zoom call and others were disappointed by the unavailability of the private onsen due to renovations.

This hotel was a lovely retreat during Christmas vacation. the location in the mountains provided a peaceful escape from the busy city. the onsen with forest and river views was a highlight, especially during the snowy weather. the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful, providing a warm welcome and explaining everything in detail. Meals were superb, with traditional Japanese cuisine being a unique experience.

The coffee served at this hotel was not up to my standards, especially given the high cost of staying in such a luxury establishment. there were some events happening during my massage that disrupted the peaceful atmosphere, leading to less relaxation.
