We had an amazing stay at Tenjin Lodge! Bo and Kieran, the friendly owners, made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. They even offered us lifts to catch buses and provided helpful advice throughout our stay. The lodge has a friendly atmosphere and is located near a fantastic ski-field, perfect for advanced skiers. The room was spacious, breakfast and dinner were delicious, and there were great storage facilities for ski gear. The lounge and bar area are perfect for hanging out with other guests, and the homemade meals were a highlight. The basement onsens are a wonderful way to relax after a day of skiing. We were truly impressed with our stay and can't wait to come back next year!

The value for money at this cozy lodge was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location next to Doai Station made it easy to access local hiking and ski fields. The staff, especially Karen and Bo, were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to provide useful advice and recommendations for nearby attractions.

One minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide a more varied selection of breakfast offerings.

I recently stayed at a lodge in a beautiful mountain area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and treated us like family. They even gave us a complimentary champagne for our anniversary and discounts on ski rentals. The lodge had great facilities for skiers, including a basement for storing ski gear and a drying room. The staff were friendly and there was a cozy lounge and bar on the main floor. The homemade breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lodge also had two simple onsens in the basement, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back.

The hotel is located in the midst of a stunning national park, offering plenty of opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature. The staff at the hotel, especially Kieren, were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The dinner and breakfast provided were absolutely delicious and catered to my special dietary needs. The hotel is conveniently located next to Doai Station, providing easy access to local hiking and ski fields via ropeway. Additionally, the owners of the hotel were very helpful in providing useful advice and even securing a discount for activities at Canyons.

I couldn't believe how convenient the location of this lodge was. We were able to access the snowshoe/hiking trail right from the front door. It led us up to tanigawadake and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The staff, especially Kieran, were so helpful in providing us with directions and recommendations for hiking, food, and onsens in the area. Kieran's wife also cooked amazing gluten-free meals every night, which was a pleasant surprise. We were so impressed with our stay that we are already planning to come back in the future!
