Excellent restaurant, isolated location, helpful staff, insufficient service for the cost. Out-of-budget dinner, amazing breakfast, wonderful onsen in room, ample amenities, and utensils provided. Friendly and knowledgeable team, language barriers managed with Google Translate, taxis arranged, remote with beautiful views. Spacious, clean, modern facility, private hot spring bath, comfortable seating on balcony. Delicious Kaiseki dinner, included sake and tea, recommended for couples. Beautifully designed with comfortable futon beds, exceptional customer service, free facial products. Great value for service provided.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed by several aspects. the attention to detail was outstanding. From the handwritten note thanking me for my stay to the amenities provided in the room, such as make up remover, lotions, and even facial cottons, the hotel made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the private onsen in the room was a highlight, offering a serene and relaxing experience. Lastly, the breakfast served was absolutely amazing. With a great variety of seasonal vegetables and local ingredients, it was a delightful way to start the day.

What a fantastic stay! the design of the hotel is simply stunning, with gorgeous views of the town and coastline! the private and public onsens were a wonderful way to relax, and the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. the highlight of our stay was the amazing dinner and breakfast. the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations, and we were blown away by the exquisite cuisine.

The location was a bit remote and not easily accessible by public transportation, but it was well worth the effort to get there. the first-floor rooms were a bit noisy due to guests above, but the hotel did their best to mitigate the issue.
