the b namba-kuromon exceeded my expectations during my stay in osaka. the hotel lobby was comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and the location was perfect. the room was small but clean, and the complimentary bottles of water and selection of shampoos were a nice touch. the rooftop bar was a bonus, with its beautiful outlook.

The hotel is perfectly located, right opposite Kuromon market and next to the metro. The room is clean and has all the necessities. The bathroom is also great. The friendly staff gave us welcome presents and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. The breakfast restaurant offers a nice view over the city. Free coffee at the reception is a nice touch.

Check-in took a long time.

I recently stayed at The B Namba-Kuromon for a few nights during my trip to Japan. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping, with plenty of shops and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast, though paid separately, was delicious and offered a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine. The staff were friendly, especially the chef who went out of his way to accommodate my request for extra chocolate cakes. The amenities provided near the reception were a nice touch, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, gave welcome presents and took time to explain hotel. Really nice hotel room design. Rooftop bar with amazing view. Nice view from breakfast restaurant over the city. Free coffee at the reception. Excellent location in the center of Osaka, close to Namba station, Dotonbori, and Kuromon market. Easy coin laundry on site, convenient for travelers

Great location near Namba station and Kuromon market. Spacious, modern room with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. Abundant Japanese breakfast with a beautiful view. Handy laundry room with washing and drying machines. Polite staff, quick to resolve problems. Includes a cell phone with 4G for use during your visit.

The hotel location is excellent as it was near the train station and easy to get around. the hotel also provided complimentary toiletries and slippers which was a nice touch.

The air conditioning was also broken and the staff was unhelpful when we asked for assistance. We had to keep the window open for ventilation but it was incredibly noisy outside and we couldn't sleep well.

We had a fantastic stay at B Namba-Kuromon! The location was perfect for exploring popular shopping streets like Dotonbori and Shin Shabashi. It was also conveniently close to Namba and Nihombashi stations, making it easy to get around. We loved the complementary black coffee in the lobby, available 24/7. The rooftop restaurant was a great spot for a meal with a view. Additionally, the hotel provided plenty of power plugs in the room, making it easy to charge all our devices. We also appreciated the ability to choose from a variety of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel options from the lobby shelf. a fantastic experience.
