I had a great stay at Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi. the price was affordable and the staff was responsive. They even provided free adapters and drinks, as well as ample water. the location was convenient, close to Shinsaibashi station and shopping street, and not far from Dotonbori. It was also close to Amerikamura and within walking distance of Kuromon market. the rooms were comfortable, especially the one with 2 double beds and the one with 4 beds. a really comfortable and well-equipped hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Free flow of alcoholic beverages and freshly cooked ramen every night from 10-11pm. Daily activities included making takoyaki and dressing up in kimono. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi station and Dotonbori. Comfortable beds and a homey feel.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location was ideal for me, being in an area with a lot of clothing shops. I also appreciated the bicycle hire that was available, and the housekeeping ensured the room was always in top condition. The room was well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, and I loved having access to the terrace and in-room safe. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed spending time in the leisure and TV room with free Wi-Fi.

The Bridge Hotel Shinsaibashi exceeded our expectations with its amazing facilities and amenities. Everything felt like home, with free beer, ramen, yukata, and even Lego and strollers. Our group of friends had a great time, especially my wife. The location is perfect, and the staff are friendly and fluent in English.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Shinsaibashi metro station, making it convenient to get around the city. It is also close to everything, including bars, clubs, and amazing food spots like ELK OSAKA and Streamer coffee shop. The room is clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and great amenities like a beverage bar available 24/7 and free ice cream at 3 PM. The staff are friendly and offer excellent service, and there are even massage chairs in the lobby.

The bathroom lacks night lighting, making it very bright.

This hotel is simply amazing! The location is brilliant, very easy to get to main attractions with the station being nearby. It only takes about 8 mins to Dotonbori and the area is filled with lots of clothes shops, which is great for shopping enthusiasts like me. The staff here are very professional and friendly, and have great English, which made my stay in Osaka an enjoyable and memorable one. The service provided by the staff is top-notch and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel also offers a range of amenities such as a leisure massage, garden area, and a leisure/TV room, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

The noise from other guests in nearby rooms can be quite bothersome at times.

It included afternoon snacks, free drinks and late-night ramen, which was a fun and unique experience. the location was within walking distance of several key attractions and subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. Another advantage of the hotel was its helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me with any requests.

Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the room felt small and cramped, which can be inconvenient for a group of three. there was not enough wardrobe space to store all of our belongings comfortably.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping and tourist streets. We easily explored all the nearby shops and restaurants. The free ramen and drinks in the evening were a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed delicious ramen and had a great time sipping on free drinks in the cozy lobby.The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The room was quite small and cramped, which was a bit disappointing.
