Although our room was small, it had beautiful decor and lovely amenities, making our stay pleasant. We enjoyed excellent relaxation options like the full body and foot massages at the spa. The only hiccup was that breakfast service was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. 🍽️

Consider requesting the corner rooms for better views, and ask for housekeeping services upon check-in for a more seamless experience.

Housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay, leading to overlooked cleaning tasks and a couple of days where used items were left unaddressed.

I recently stayed in the Superior Corner Twin Room for 3 nights at Hotel The Celestine Ginza, and it was fantastic! The room was modern and stylish, with a comfy layout. The hotel is super clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Plus, it’s just a short walk from shops, a lovely park, and the Imperial Palace. I truly appreciated how convenient the train and metro access was. it made getting around Tokyo a breeze!

The welcome drinks were only available after 9pm on weekdays, which was a bit late for us.

The celestine is just an average hotel. The noise from the bar below was like a concert of chaos every night. I expected a lovely corner room upgrade but got a view of the alley instead. I was almost going to give a rave review, just couldn’t.

I had such a fantastic time at Hotel The Celestine Ginza! The room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the view from the top-floor bar. It had an intimate feel, and the staff were so friendly! Being just a 3-minute walk from Ginza Six made exploring the upmarket shops a breeze. Plus, the proximity to the famous fish market added an exciting touch to our stay.

Rooms are on the smaller side despite upgrades!!! Cleanliness issues arose during the latter part of my stay, with trash bins overflowing and housekeeping lacking attention to detail!!! Dining options in the area are limited and overpriced!!!

The room was well-equipped, with block-out curtains and comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were helpful and welcoming, enhancing our experience with their attentive service.

I truly loved how The Celestine Ginza was a short stroll from the vibrant Tsukiji Market, where I indulged in fresh sushi, and just a pleasant walk to the beautiful Kokyo Gaien National Garden, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tokyo's landmarks. the staff were friendly and the hotel provided a cozy base to recharge for my weekend adventures.

It was just a fine choice for a brief stopover in Tokyo with great value for money. I really appreciated the convenience of having a café nearby with a wide range of food options. Stay away from rooms facing the nightlife if you're a light sleeper.

the sound insulation was poor, we could hear a lot from the outside. but the location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and lots of restaurants nearby. the staff were super friendly, and the room had nice amenities like coffee and tea facilities.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with helpful staff and nearby train stops that made traveling simple and quick from Shimbashi Station.

The breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety of dishes, including fantastic white rice, and was beautifully presented. While the room was slightly smaller than expected, it was stylishly designed and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby bars was noticeable at times, which might disrupt light sleepers.
