The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Ryogoku station. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the fun view of parts of the city from the balcony and the bar on the top floor. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the wifi was excellent. it was the perfect way to end our trip in Japan.

Stayed at Gate Hotel Ryogoku for a week and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is situated in the heart of the Sumo community, right in front of the main Sumo stadium. It's conveniently located just a short walk from Ryogoku station, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Miss Katsumi at the reception who provided exceptional service. the breakfast was a delight, featuring a variety of tasty dishes prepared with local products. the hotel itself was clean, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. a wonderful stay.

Gate Hotel Ryogoku By Hulic was a delightful stay. had an amazing stay at a riverside hotel in tokyo. the room was top-notch - clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. the staff was warm, helpful, and made my visit memorable.

The staff were polite and offered two free drinks at the rooftop bar, a nice touch. the location was key, with easy access to the train line connecting eastern and western parts of the city. the breakfast included a delicious Eggs Benedict and French Toast, as well as a lovely view of the river.

The mattress was painfully firm and uncomfortable, causing body aches. Worst of all was the laundry service, which not only overcharged but also shrunk our clothes;

Additionally, guests can enjoy a lovely restaurant overlooking the Sumidagawa. The rooms are comfortable and decorated beautifully, with full-size pillows and a king-size bed. The staff are helpful and assist in arranging transportation. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, offers a high-quality course menu that is filling.

The mattresses in the rooms are quite firm and may not be to everyone's liking.
