Only improvement would be more Japanese dining options available in the area.

The hotel had a relaxing spa and sauna! Loved the continental breakfast. the room was cozy with all essentials. Enjoyed free ski storage and shuttle service. Close to famous attractions. Just wish they had coffee in the room. Staff was helpful, but had some payment hiccups. Overall, a good experience! Traveling solo, missed more Japanese vibes. Hoping for a return visit!

We stayed at Happo! Newly upgraded room, great pick up, and drop off service. Delicious breakfast, not a buffet, order off a menu + extras. Close to Happo one lift. Convenient equipment store nearby, basement for gear. Separate clean onsen for men and women. Pricey but worth it!

This hotel is a luxurious venue, with exclusive amenities that fulfill all our needs. the staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was perfect. the Sauna and Hot spring bath were a highlight, and the room advantages were exceptional. the bar/lounge area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind.

The only minor downside was the limited restaurant options, with some closure during non-ski seasons. Nonetheless, the hotel provided assistance in finding the best available restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this hotel during xmas and we enjoyed the breakfast, which offered great food for a fair price. Another positive aspect was the onsen with a lovely sauna that provided a relaxing atmosphere. the location made it easy to get to nearby ski resorts.

The staff were not knowledgeable about the area and gave incorrect information about transportation. the laundry detergent was not always available and had to be requested each time.

The communal bath and sauna are clean and relaxing. The breakfast is delicious with a healthy Aussie twist. The bar area is a great place to hang out. The staff are kind and friendly.
